The Microsoft Surface Pro is better than Blackview Tab 9, having a 63.2 score against 57.3. The Microsoft Surface Pro has Windows 8 Pro operating system, while Blackview Tab 9 counts with Android 11 operating system. Microsoft Surface Pro is a noticeably older, extremely thicker and noticeably heavier tablet device than the Blackview Tab 9.
The Blackview Tab 9 counts with a little faster CPU than Microsoft Surface Pro, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, and they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Blackview Tab 9 also counts with a larger number of cores (and also faster).
