The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a general score of 75.1, which is much better than the Blackview Tab 9 Wi-Fi's score of 56.5. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 works with Windows 10 Pro operating system, while Blackview Tab 9 Wi-Fi works with Android 14 operating system. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 design is just a bit thinner than the Blackview Tab 9 Wi-Fi, although it's extremely heavier and was released 9 years before.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 features a bit faster CPU than Blackview Tab 9 Wi-Fi, because although it has less cpu cores, it also counts with more RAM memory.
