Comparison review
The OSCAL Pad 15 is better than Blackview Tab 9 Wi-Fi, having a general score of 64.4 against 56.5. The OSCAL Pad 15 is a lighter and somewhat thinner device than the Blackview Tab 9 Wi-Fi. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android OS, but the OSCAL Pad 15 has the previous 13 version and Blackview Tab 9 Wi-Fi has Android 14 version.
OSCAL Pad 15 features a much better performing processor than Blackview Tab 9 Wi-Fi, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the OSCAL Pad 15 also has 2 GB more RAM. The OSCAL Pad 15 features a little bit better display than Blackview Tab 9 Wi-Fi, although it has a bit worse count of pixels per display inch, a bit smaller display and a lot lower 1200 x 1200px resolution.
OSCAL Pad 15 shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Blackview Tab 9 Wi-Fi. Both of them have a 13 mega-pixels resolution camera. The Blackview Tab 9 Wi-Fi has just a bit more memory for apps and games than OSCAL Pad 15, and although they both have equal 256 GB internal storage, the Blackview Tab 9 Wi-Fi also has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
The OSCAL Pad 15 counts with a little better battery performance than Blackview Tab 9 Wi-Fi, because it has a 1% bigger battery size.
