Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) has an overall score of 74.8, which is a lot better than the Dell Venue 8 7840's general score of 61. The Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) comes with iPadOS 16.x operating system, and Dell Venue 8 7840 comes with Android 4.4 operating system. Dell Venue 8 7840 has a really superior hardware performance than iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), because although it has lesser CPU cores (although they are faster) and 6 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics processing unit and a 64 bits CPU.
The Dell Venue 8 7840 features an incredibly better screen than Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), because although it has a way smaller screen and a bit lower 2560 x 1600 resolution, it also counts with a better pixels count in each inch in the screen. IPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) has a lot better camera than Dell Venue 8 7840, because it has a lot higher 12 mega pixels resolution back facing camera.
IPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) has much more storage for applications and games than Dell Venue 8 7840, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 240 GB more internal storage capacity. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Dell Venue 8 7840, giving up some specs and features.
