The Blackview Tab 13 has an overall score of 63.8, which is just a bit better than Dell Venue 8 7840's general score of 61. These tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but Blackview Tab 13 has a newer 12 version while Dell Venue 8 7840 has Android 4.4 version.
