Comparison review
The LG G Pad III 8.0 has a general score of 64.3, which is slightly better than the Dell Venue 8 7840's 61 overall score. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but the LG G Pad III 8.0 has the newer 7.0 Nougat version and Dell Venue 8 7840 has Android 4.4, providing some nice extra features. LG G Pad III 8.0's construction is a bit heavier and way thicker than the Dell Venue 8 7840.
The Dell Venue 8 7840 features a superior processor than LG G Pad III 8.0, because although it has less cores , and they both have the same RAM amount, the Dell Venue 8 7840 also counts with a 64-bits processor and a GPU. Dell Venue 8 7840 has a more vivid screen than LG G Pad III 8.0, because it has a better 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution, a little bigger screen and a better amount of pixels per screen inch.
The Dell Venue 8 7840 has just a bit better camera than LG G Pad III 8.0, because it has a lot more MP back facing camera. The LG G Pad III 8.0 has a much bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Dell Venue 8 7840, and although they both have equal 16 GB internal storage, the LG G Pad III 8.0 also has an external memory card slot that supports up to 1,95 TB.
