Comparison review
OSCAL Pad 15 is a bit better than Dell Venue 8 7840, having a overall score of 64.4 against 61. Although it's the best in our current comparison, OSCAL Pad 15 is a thicker and a lot heavier tablet device than Dell Venue 8 7840. These devices use Android OS, but the OSCAL Pad 15 has 13 version while Dell Venue 8 7840 has Android 4.4 version.
Dell Venue 8 7840 features a greater hardware performance than OSCAL Pad 15, because although it has a lower number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor and a 64-bit processing unit. Dell Venue 8 7840 has a way better display than OSCAL Pad 15, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 2560 x 1600 and a lot higher pixel number per inch in the display.
