The Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a score of 77.4, which is much better than the Dell Venue 8 7840's 61 overall score. The Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is a a lot thicker and a lot heavier tablet than the Dell Venue 8 7840. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has newer 4.4.2 version and Dell Venue 8 7840 has Android 4.4, giving you some nice extra features.
