Dell Venue 8 7840 has a general score of 61, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab A (2016)'s 60.4 general score. The Dell Venue 8 7840 is a a little heavier but a lot thinner portable tablet than Galaxy Tab A (2016). Both of these tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Dell Venue 8 7840 has an older 4.4 version and Galaxy Tab A (2016) has Android 5.1 Lollipop version.
The Dell Venue 8 7840 counts with a lot better screen than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has a much higher display pixels density, a much better resolution of 2560 x 1600px and a bigger display.
