Lenovo Tab 7 Essential has an overall score of 52.1, which is just a bit better than the Dell XPS 10's score of 47.8. The Lenovo Tab 7 Essential counts with Android 7.0 Nougat operating system, while Dell XPS 10 works with Windows RT operating system. Lenovo Tab 7 Essential's construction is much newer, extremely lighter and a little thinner than Dell XPS 10.
