The Google Nexus 10 is way better than Amazon Kindle Fire HD (2013), having a 66.8 score against 47. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but Google Nexus 10 has newer 5.1 version while Amazon Kindle Fire HD (2013) has Android 4.2.2, giving some additional features and performance optimizations. Although the Google Nexus 10 is older and a lot heavier than the Amazon Kindle Fire HD (2013), it's construction is still somewhat thinner.
