The Google Nexus 10 has a global score of 66.8, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0's 66.2 overall score. The Google Nexus 10 body is older, extremely heavier and thicker than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0. Both tablets we are comparing here use Android OS (operating system), but the Google Nexus 10 has a newer 5.1 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has Android 4.4.2 version, so it provides a couple nice extra features and performance tweaks.
