Google Nexus 7 (2013) is an older tablet than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019), but it's thinner and extremely lighter anyway. The Google Nexus 7 (2013) comes with Android 5.0 OS, while Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019) comes with Android, Amazon Fire UI OS.
