The Google Nexus 7 (2013) is much better than Asus ZenPad Z10, having a general score of 70.8 against 63.6. The Google Nexus 7 (2013) is a much older and way thicker tablet than the Asus ZenPad Z10, but Google made it lighter anyway. Both of these tablets include Android OS, but Google Nexus 7 (2013) has the older 5.0 version and Asus ZenPad Z10 has Android 7.0 Nougat.
The Asus ZenPad Z10 has a little faster CPU than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory and a higher number of cores (and they are faster). The Google Nexus 7 (2013) counts with a better looking screen than Asus ZenPad Z10, because although it has a little bit lower resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch of screen.
The Asus ZenPad Z10 counts with a much bigger storage for applications and games than Google Nexus 7 (2013), and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Asus ZenPad Z10 also has an external memory slot that allows up to 128 GB. Asus ZenPad Z10 counts with a superior battery duration than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has 7800mAh of battery capacity instead of 3950mAh.
The Google Nexus 7 (2013) features a little bit better camera than Asus ZenPad Z10, although it has a way worse resolution camera and a worse 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition.
