The Google Nexus 9 has a general score of 74.5, which is just a bit better than Google Nexus 7 (2013)'s 70.8 overall score. The Google Nexus 9 is a newer and a little bit thinner tablet than the Google Nexus 7 (2013), but it's notably heavier. Both devices we are comparing work with the same Android 5.0 OS (Operating System), so both of them should give you identical OS features.

Google Nexus 9 features just a bit better looking display than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because although it has a just a little worse quantity of pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a slightly higher 2048 x 1536 resolution and a larger screen. The Google Nexus 9 has just a bit better performance than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because although it has less cpu cores (although faster) and doesn't have a GPU, and they both have a 2 GB RAM, the Google Nexus 9 also counts with a 64-bit processor.
