Google Nexus 7 (2013) is a somewhat thinner and incredibly lighter portable tablet than Huawei MediaPad 10 Link. Both of these tablets include Android OS (operating system), but Google Nexus 7 (2013) has newer 5.0 version while Huawei MediaPad 10 Link has Android 4.1 version, providing you some extra features and performance tweaks.
