Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a global score of 70.8, which is slightly better than Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10's general score of 68.9. Both tablets in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but Google Nexus 7 (2013) has older 5.0 version while Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 has Android 7.0 Nougat. Even though the Google Nexus 7 (2013) is way older and somewhat thicker than the Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10, it's design is still just a little lighter.
The Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10's processor is very similar to the CPU in Google Nexus 7 (2013), because although the Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores. Google Nexus 7 (2013) counts with a much better looking screen than Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10, because although it has a lot smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1200 x 1920 resolution, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) also counts with a higher amount of pixels per inch in the screen.
Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 counts with a much greater storage capacity for applications and games than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has a SD card slot that admits up to 256 GB and 64 GB internal memory capacity. Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 has a very superior battery lifetime than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has 6600mAh of battery capacity instead of 3950mAh.
The Google Nexus 7 (2013) takes just a bit better photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10, although it has a back-facing camera with way less MP.
