Comparison review

The Google Nexus 7 (2013) is a lot better than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, getting a general score of 70.8 against 57.8. Google Nexus 7 (2013) is a a lot lighter but somewhat thicker tablet than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10. These tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a more recent 5.0 version while Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 has Android 4.4 version, offering a couple additional features.

Google Nexus 7 (2013) features a much more vibrant screen than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a lot better 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution and a way higher display density. The Google Nexus 7 (2013) has just a little better performance than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, and although they both have the same number of cores and a 400 megahertz graphics processor, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) also has a greater amount of RAM.

Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 takes slightly better videos and photos than Google Nexus 7 (2013). Both have the same video frame rate, a 5 MP resolution camera in the back and the same (Full HD) video resolution. Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 counts with a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Google Nexus 7 (2013), and although they both have the same internal memory, the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 64 GB.

The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 has a really longer battery duration than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has 9000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3950mAh.

The Google Nexus 7 (2013) is way more expensive than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, but you can get a much better tablet for that extra dollars.
