Google Nexus 7 (2013) is better than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, having a 70.8 score against 60.4. These devices include Android operating system, but Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a newer 5.0 version while Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ has Android 4.4 version, giving you lots of additional features. Google Nexus 7 (2013)'s construction is a lot lighter but incredibly thicker than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, and both were only released with a few months difference.

Google Nexus 7 (2013) counts with a better looking screen than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, because although it has a way smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1200 x 1920, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) also counts with a higher pixels density.
