Comparison review

The Google Nexus 7 (2013) is slightly better than LG G Pad II 10.1, getting a 70.8 score against 67.4. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but Google Nexus 7 (2013) has older 5.0 version and LG G Pad II 10.1 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version. Google Nexus 7 (2013)'s body is lighter than LG G Pad II 10.1, but it's just a little bit thicker and was released 2 years before.

Google Nexus 7 (2013) counts with an incredibly better display than LG G Pad II 10.1, because although it has a way smaller display, and they both have the same resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) also counts with a higher screen pixel density.
