The Google Nexus 7 (2013) has an overall score of 70.8, which is much better than the LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus's 62.5 score. Although it's the best tablet device in this comparison review, we must highlight that it's also a older, much thicker and a bit heavier tablet device. Both tablets we compare here have Android OS, but the Google Nexus 7 (2013) has 5.0 version while LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat version.

Google Nexus 7 (2013) features a brighter screen than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact 1200 x 1920px resolution, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) also counts with a little greater pixels count per inch of display.
