The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is much better than Google Nexus 7 (2013), getting a global score of 82.4 against 70.8. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) works with Windows 10 Pro operating system, while Google Nexus 7 (2013) works with Android 5.0 operating system. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017)'s design is incredibly newer and just a little bit thinner, but heavier than Google Nexus 7 (2013).

Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) features a bit superior processing unit than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because although it has a lower number of cores and doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM. Google Nexus 7 (2013) features a brighter display than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), because although it has a way smaller screen and a lot lower 1200 x 1920 resolution, it also counts with a just a little greater pixel amount per inch in the screen.

Google Nexus 7 (2013) shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), although it has a worse 1920x1080 video quality and a lot lower 5 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has much more memory for apps and games than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has more internal storage.
