Comparison review

Google Nexus 7 (2013) is much better than the Microsoft Surface RT, having a 70.8 score against 58.4. Google Nexus 7 (2013) works with Android 5.0 operating system, while Microsoft Surface RT works with Windows RT operating system. The Google Nexus 7 (2013) body is newer, a bit thinner and extremely lighter than Microsoft Surface RT.

Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a much sharper screen than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a lot better resolution of 1200 x 1920 and a much greater pixels number per inch in the display. Microsoft Surface RT counts with much more memory capacity for games and applications than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has more internal memory capacity.

The Microsoft Surface RT's processor is just as good as the Google Nexus 7 (2013) one, and although the Microsoft Surface RT has a faster graphics processor running at 520 MHz, they both have a Quad-Core processing unit and a 2 GB RAM memory. Google Nexus 7 (2013) takes much better pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video definition, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) also has a back-facing camera with much more mega-pixels.

Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a much longer battery life than Microsoft Surface RT.

Google Nexus 7 (2013) is way more expensive than the Microsoft Surface RT, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
