Google Nexus 7 (2013) is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, with a 70.8 score against 65.9. Google Nexus 7 (2013)'s construction is just a little thicker but lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, and both were released with only a couple months difference. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but the Google Nexus 7 (2013) has newer 5.0 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has Android 4.2, providing some nice extra features and better performance.
Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a much sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher 1200 x 1920px resolution and a lot greater count of pixels per inch of screen. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch counts with a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Google Nexus 7 (2013), and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch also has a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 64 GB.
The Google Nexus 7 (2013) counts with a bit better performance than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because it has a graphics processor, a greater amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores (although slower). Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has a much better battery duration than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has a 6800mAh battery capacity instead of 3950mAh.
Google Nexus 7 (2013) captures slightly better photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because it has a lot more megapixels camera and a much better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality.
Despite of being the best tablet of the ones in this comparison, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) is also a bargain compared to the other ones.
