Comparison review
The Google Nexus 7 (2013) is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, with a 70.8 score against 67.8. These tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but Google Nexus 7 (2013) has the newer 5.0 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has Android 4.4.2, so it counts with a couple additional features. Google Nexus 7 (2013)'s design is extremely lighter but just a little bit thicker than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, and they were released with only 8 months difference.
The Google Nexus 7 (2013) counts with a more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels and a much better pixels number per inch in the display. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 counts with a slightly better memory for games and applications than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because although it has just 16 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory slot that holds up to 64 GB.
Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a bit better performance than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has a slower 400 megahertz graphics processing unit, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) also counts with more RAM memory. The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features a really longer battery duration than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has 6800mAh of battery capacity.
Google Nexus 7 (2013) features a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has a way more mega-pixels back-facing camera and a lot better 1920x1080 video resolution.
Although Google Nexus 7 (2013) is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Google Nexus 7 (2013), but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, letting go some features and specifications.
