Comparison review

Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is slightly better than Google Nexus 7 (2013), with a global score of 74.5 against 70.8. Both tablets we are comparing use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has 9.0 Pie version and Google Nexus 7 (2013) has Android 5.0, so it offers lots of additional features and better performance. The Galaxy Tab A 10.5 body is much newer and just a little bit thinner than the Google Nexus 7 (2013)'s, but it is also way heavier.

Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has a little better processing power than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM and a larger number of cores (and also faster). The Google Nexus 7 (2013) counts with a way better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5, because although it has a much smaller display, and they both have an equal 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) also counts with a higher display density.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has a much better camera than Google Nexus 7 (2013), and although they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 also has a much bigger diafragm aperture and a back camera with a much better resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Nexus 7 (2013), and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 400 GB.

The Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has a really longer battery lifetime than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has a 7300mAh battery capacity.

Although Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Google Nexus 7 (2013), and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Google Nexus 7 (2013). If you are trying to save some money, you can get Google Nexus 7 (2013), giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
