Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has an overall score of 74.6, which is just a bit better than the Google Nexus 7 (2013)'s global score of 70.8. Both devices we are comparing work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has 4.4 version and Google Nexus 7 (2013) has Android 5.0. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 body is way heavier but thinner than the Google Nexus 7 (2013), and they were released only 6 months apart.

The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features just a little better hardware performance than Google Nexus 7 (2013), and although they both have a Quad-Core CPU and 2 GB of RAM, the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has a faster graphics processor working at 450 MHz. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a slightly better looking display than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because although it has a just a little lower screen density, it also counts with a higher 1600 x 2560 resolution and a really bigger screen.

Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has much more storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Nexus 7 (2013), and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB. The Google Nexus 7 (2013) shoots slightly better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, although it has a worse video resolution and a way lower resolution back-facing camera.

Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a much better battery life than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has a 108 percent bigger battery size.

Although Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Google Nexus 7 (2013), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Nexus 7 (2013). So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Google Nexus 7 (2013), letting go a couple features and specifications.
