Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has a way bigger aperture to capture better low-light captures and video, a back camera with way more megapixels and a way higher video resolution.
Galaxy Tab S4 costs more than Google Nexus 7 (2013), but you can get a better tablet for that extra dollars.
