The Samsung Galaxy Book2 shoots greater photographs and videos than Google Nexus 9, and although they both have a camera with an 8 mega pixels resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Book2 also has a way larger diafragm aperture and a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition. Galaxy Book2 has a very superior storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Nexus 9, because it has a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 512 GB and 96 GB more internal memory.
The Google Nexus 9 has a bit better battery life than Galaxy Book2, because it has 6700mAh of battery capacity instead of 6120mAh.
Although Galaxy Book2 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Google Nexus 9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Google Nexus 9. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy the Google Nexus 9, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
