Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) is a noticeably newer and noticeably lighter device than Google Pixel C, but it's also a lot thicker. Both tablets in this comparison work with Android OS, but Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Google Pixel C has Android 6.0, giving a couple nice extra features.
