The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a global score of 63.8, which is slightly better than the Google Pixel C's 59.4 overall score. Both tablets in this comparison review have Android OS (Operating System), but Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has newer 13 version while Google Pixel C has Android 6.0 version, so it gives a couple additional features. Even though Blackview Oscal Pad 15 is just a bit thicker than the Google Pixel C, it's lighter and also a lot newer.
The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 counts with a much greater processing power than Google Pixel C, because it has a greater number of cores and 5 GB more RAM memory.
