OSCAL ELITE 1 is better than the Google Pixel C, with a global score of 67.1 against 59.4. These tablets have Android OS, but the OSCAL ELITE 1 has the newer 14 version while Google Pixel C has Android 6.0. OSCAL ELITE 1 is a way newer and a lot lighter portable tablet than the Google Pixel C, although it's a little bit thicker.
Google Pixel C counts with a more vivid screen than OSCAL ELITE 1, because although it has a little smaller display and a little bit darker display, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1800 x 2560 pixels and a bit greater amount of pixels in each display inch. OSCAL ELITE 1 counts with a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Google Pixel C, because it has 192 GB more internal storage capacity and a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 1 TB.
