Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6-inch is much better than the Google Pixel C, getting a 71.1 score against 59.4. Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6-inch is a newer device than the Google Pixel C, but it's somewhat thicker and notably heavier. The Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6-inch works with Windows 10 OS, and Google Pixel C comes with Android 6.0 OS.
The Galaxy Book 10.6-inch has a much greater processing power than Google Pixel C, because it has a greater number of cores and a larger amount of RAM.
