Comparison review
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has an overall score of 68.5, which is much better than Honor MagicPad 2 12.3's score of 61.1. Although the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is way older and thicker than Honor MagicPad 2 12.3, it's design is still incredibly lighter. Both of these tablets include Android operating system, but the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has 4.2.2 version and Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 has Android 14 version, providing a lot of extra features.
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a bit better looking screen than Honor MagicPad 2 12.3, because although it has a quite lower 1600 x 2560px resolution, a lot smaller display and much less brightness, it also counts with a little higher display density.
