OSCAL ELITE 1 is just a bit better than Honor MagicPad 2 12.3, having a 67.1 score against 61.1. Both tablets in this review use the same Android 14 operating system, so both should count with the same operating system features. Even though the OSCAL ELITE 1 and the Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 were released with only 4 months difference, the OSCAL ELITE 1 body is thicker but a lot lighter than the Honor MagicPad 2 12.3.

OSCAL ELITE 1 features a much powerful processor than Honor MagicPad 2 12.3, because although it has lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and faster). The Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 features a sharper screen than OSCAL ELITE 1, because it has a bit larger display, a much brighter display, a better 1920 x 3000 pixels resolution and a bit more pixels per inch of screen.

The Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 features a much better camera than OSCAL ELITE 1, because it has a higher 13 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera. The OSCAL ELITE 1 features a much better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Honor MagicPad 2 12.3, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the OSCAL ELITE 1 also has a SD memory slot that supports up to 1 TB.
