Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a general score of 70.8, which is way better than HP ProPad 600's score of 58.2. Google Nexus 7 (2013) counts with Android 5.0 operating system, and HP ProPad 600 has Windows 8.1 operating system. Even when Google Nexus 7 (2013) and HP ProPad 600 were released with only a couple months difference, Google Nexus 7 (2013) is extremely lighter and thinner.
