OSCAL Pad 15 is better than HP ProPad 600, having a score of 64.4 against 58.2. OSCAL Pad 15 counts with Android 13 OS, and HP ProPad 600 counts with Windows 8.1 OS. OSCAL Pad 15 is a way lighter and notably thinner device than HP ProPad 600.
