Comparison review
The Samsung Ativ Tab has a score of 66.7, which is much better than HP ProPad 600's 58.2 general score. Samsung Ativ Tab is an older tablet than the HP ProPad 600, but it is thinner and lighter anyway. Both of these tablets work with Windows OS, but Samsung Ativ Tab has the newer RT version while HP ProPad 600 has Windows 8.1.
HP ProPad 600 has a better looking display than Samsung Ativ Tab, and although they both have a display with the same size, the HP ProPad 600 also has a way higher 1200 x 1920 resolution and a better display density. HP ProPad 600 counts with a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with more CPU cores and a greater amount of RAM.
Samsung Ativ Tab counts with a lot bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than HP ProPad 600. Both of them have the same internal memory. HP ProPad 600 captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Ativ Tab, because it has a back-facing camera with a way better 8 MP resolution.
The HP ProPad 600 has a bit better battery life than Samsung Ativ Tab, because it has an 8380mAh battery size against 8200mAh.
Although Samsung Ativ Tab is a better device, it is way more expensive than HP ProPad 600, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the HP ProPad 600. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Ativ Tab, else you can save some money and buy the HP ProPad 600, giving up some features and specs.
