Comparison review
Xperia Tablet S has an overall score of 58.9, which is a little bit better than the HP ProPad 600's general score of 58.2. Xperia Tablet S comes with Android 4.1.1 OS, while HP ProPad 600 counts with Windows 8.1 OS. Although the Xperia Tablet S is older and thicker than the HP ProPad 600, it's construction is still lighter.
The HP ProPad 600 counts with a more vivid screen than Xperia Tablet S, because it has a little bit larger screen, a better pixel quantity per inch in the screen and a way better resolution of 1200 x 1920. The Sony Xperia Tablet S counts with a much bigger memory for games and applications than HP ProPad 600. Both have equal internal memory capacity.
The HP ProPad 600 features a bit better processing unit than Xperia Tablet S, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the HP ProPad 600 also counts with 3 GB more RAM. The HP ProPad 600 has a really longer battery performance than Xperia Tablet S.
HP ProPad 600 features just a bit better camera than Xperia Tablet S. They have the same resolution back facing camera.
Although Sony Xperia Tablet S is a better device, it is way more expensive than the HP ProPad 600, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as HP ProPad 600. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Sony Xperia Tablet S, else you can save some money and buy the HP ProPad 600, giving up some specifications.
