Comparison review
HP Slate 7 has a general score of 45.3, which is just a bit better than Toshiba Excite 10's 45 score. These tablets work with Android OS, but HP Slate 7 has the newer 4.1 version while Toshiba Excite 10 has Android 4.0. HP Slate 7 is a newer and extremely lighter tablet than the Toshiba Excite 10, although it is also thicker.
The HP Slate 7 has just a bit better looking display than Toshiba Excite 10, because although it has a much smaller screen and a lot worse 600 x 1024 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit greater pixels density. HP Slate 7 counts with just a bit bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Toshiba Excite 10, although it has only 8 GB internal memory.
The HP Slate 7 has a very superior performance than Toshiba Excite 10, although it has an inferior number of cores , they both have a 1 GB RAM memory. HP Slate 7 and Toshiba Excite 10 both have quite similar batteries. The Toshiba Excite 10 counts with a better camera than HP Slate 7, because it has a back camera with lot more megapixels.
Although HP Slate 7 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Toshiba Excite 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Toshiba Excite 10. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the Toshiba Excite 10, letting go some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
