Comparison review
Acer Predator 8 has an overall score of 57.7, which is a bit better than the HTC EVO View 4G's global score of 56.4. The Acer Predator 8 construction is notably newer, somewhat lighter and noticeably thinner than the HTC EVO View 4G. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but the Acer Predator 8 has a more recent 5.1 Lollipop version and HTC EVO View 4G has Android 3.2 version, so it gives some nice extra features and performance enhancements.
Acer Predator 8 has a little sharper screen than HTC EVO View 4G, because it has a way greater display pixels density, a bit larger screen and a lot better resolution of 1200 x 1920px. Acer Predator 8 has a bit better CPU than HTC EVO View 4G, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and a larger number of cores.
Acer Predator 8's camera is very similar to HTC EVO View 4G's camera, both have a back camera with a 5 mega pixels. The Acer Predator 8 has a greater storage capacity to install applications and games than HTC EVO View 4G, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Acer Predator 8 also has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 128 GB.
The Acer Predator 8 has a bit longer battery performance than HTC EVO View 4G, because it has a 4420mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh.
Although Acer Predator 8 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than HTC EVO View 4G, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC EVO View 4G. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get HTC EVO View 4G, and give up a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
