The Blackview Tab 12 has a general score of 59.4, which is a bit better than HTC EVO View 4G's 56.4 overall score. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but Blackview Tab 12 has a more recent 11 version while HTC EVO View 4G has Android 3.2 version.
