The Blackview Tab 18 is way better than the HTC EVO View 4G, getting a 71.2 score against 56.4. Both tablets in this comparison come with Android operating system, but Blackview Tab 18 has a more recent 13 version and HTC EVO View 4G has Android 3.2 version. Blackview Tab 18's design is extremely newer and incredibly thinner, but noticeably heavier than HTC EVO View 4G.
