OSCAL Pad 15 is better than HTC EVO View 4G, getting a general score of 64.4 against 56.4. Both of these tablets include Android operating system, but OSCAL Pad 15 has newer 13 version while HTC EVO View 4G has Android 3.2. The OSCAL Pad 15 is a just a little heavier but extremely thinner tablet than HTC EVO View 4G.
