Comparison review
Galaxy Note 10.1 has a global score of 66.3, which is much better than HTC EVO View 4G's 56.4 global score. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 10.1 has a newer 4.4 version and HTC EVO View 4G has Android 3.2, so it gives you a lot of extra features and optimized performance. Galaxy Note 10.1 is a newer and noticeably thinner tablet than HTC EVO View 4G, although it is also much heavier.
Galaxy Note 10.1 has just a bit better hardware performance than HTC EVO View 4G, because it has a greater amount of RAM memory and 3 more processing cores. HTC EVO View 4G features a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, because although it has a way smaller display and a lot lower resolution of 600 x 1024, it also counts with a just a bit better count of pixels per inch in the screen.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 features a very superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than HTC EVO View 4G, and although they both have a SD extension slot that holds up to 32 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 also has 64 GB internal storage capacity. The HTC EVO View 4G has a superior camera than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. They have the same video frame rate, the same video resolution and a 5 mega-pixels camera in the back.
The Galaxy Note 10.1 features a really longer battery duration than HTC EVO View 4G, because it has 7000mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
Although Galaxy Note 10.1 is a better device, it costs a lot more than HTC EVO View 4G, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HTC EVO View 4G. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the HTC EVO View 4G, giving up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
