Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is much better than HTC EVO View 4G, getting a 68.7 score against 56.4. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is a much newer device, and it's also noticeably thinner and much lighter than the HTC EVO View 4G. Both of these tablets have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a newer 4.2.2 version and HTC EVO View 4G has Android 3.2, so it provides you some extra features.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch features a little sharper screen than HTC EVO View 4G, because it has a little greater amount of pixels in each inch in the display, a better 800 x 1280 resolution and a little bigger display. The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has slightly more storage for games and applications than HTC EVO View 4G, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch also has an external SD slot that holds up to 64 GB.
Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a better hardware performance than HTC EVO View 4G, because it has an extra graphics co-processor, 1 more 1500 megahertz processing cores and a greater amount of RAM. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch captures much clearer videos and photos than HTC EVO View 4G. Both have a 5 mega-pixels camera, the same video frame rates and the same 1280x720 video resolution.
The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a little longer battery lifetime than HTC EVO View 4G, because it has an 11 percent bigger battery capacity.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is way more expensive than HTC EVO View 4G, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
