Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has an overall score of 65.6, which is much better than HTC EVO View 4G's 56.4 general score. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 counts with just a bit better processing power than HTC EVO View 4G, because it has a greater number of cores and a greater amount of RAM.
