The Galaxy Tab Active is much better than HTC EVO View 4G, getting a 67 score against 56.4. The Galaxy Tab Active is a notably newer tablet, and it is also way thinner and a bit lighter than HTC EVO View 4G. These devices have Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab Active has a newer 4.4 version while HTC EVO View 4G has Android 3.2, providing the user some nice extra features and optimized performance.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active has a much better looking screen than HTC EVO View 4G, because it has a quite higher pixels density, a higher 1280 x 800 resolution and a bit bigger display. HTC EVO View 4G features a quite bigger storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy Tab Active, because although it has a slot for an SD memory card that holds 32 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage.
The Galaxy Tab Active counts with a bit faster CPU than HTC EVO View 4G, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory, a larger number of cores (although slower) and an additional graphics processing unit. Galaxy Tab Active counts with just a bit better battery lifetime than HTC EVO View 4G, because it has a 4450mAh battery size instead of 4000mAh.
The Galaxy Tab Active takes a bit better photos and videos than HTC EVO View 4G, although it has a lower video definition and a camera in the back with lot less megapixels resolution.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab Active is a better device, it is way more expensive than HTC EVO View 4G, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as HTC EVO View 4G. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Tab Active, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the HTC EVO View 4G, resigning some specifications.
