The Lumia 2520 is a little bit better than Huawei MateBook E, getting a 68.6 score against 67. Both of these tablets use Windows OS, but Lumia 2520 has a more recent RT 8.1 version while Huawei MateBook E has Windows 10, giving a lot of extra features.
