Comparison review
The Huawei MateBook has an overall score of 70.7, which is a bit better than Microsoft Surface Pro 2's global score of 65.1. Huawei MateBook's construction is way newer, noticeably thinner and incredibly lighter than Microsoft Surface Pro 2. Microsoft Surface Pro 2 features a bit sharper display than Huawei MateBook, although it has a little bit smaller display, a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a bit worse pixel density.
The Huawei MateBook features just a little better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 2. Both have a Dual-Core CPU and 8 GB of RAM memory. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2's memory to install games and applications is very similar to the Huawei MateBook one, both have the same internal storage.
The Huawei MateBook counts with a superior battery performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 2. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 features a better camera than Huawei MateBook.
Although Huawei MateBook is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Microsoft Surface Pro 2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Microsoft Surface Pro 2. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Huawei MateBook, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Microsoft Surface Pro 2, resigning a couple features and specs.
